All items are made to order. Please review our current processing time (listed at the top of our website) before placing your order.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that choosing expedited shipping does not affect production time—it only speeds up delivery after your order has been completed.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and timeframes are generated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

Available methods include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (no insurance included)

  • USPS Priority Mail (includes insurance)

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®

  • UPS Next Day Air®

If you’d like your order to be insured, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail or UPS options at checkout.

Shipping Days & Holidays

  • We ship Monday through Friday only.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your order has been handed over to USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Important Reminder

The estimated delivery window begins after your order is processed and shipped. Choosing a faster shipping method at checkout does not expedite our standard processing time.
